Before you start, make sure your hands and face are clean and dry. Take out the V-Fit mask sheet, unfold it, and place it on your face, covering the larger areas of your cheeks and the upper neck. Put the slimming band under your chin with the coloured part on the outside. Tighten the band and adjust the ear holds if needed. Then, pull the head strap over your head and fasten it firmly. Leave the mask on for 30 - 40 minutes. After that, gently peel off the mask and massage your jawline and neck area to help your skin absorb the essence. For best results, repeat this process every other day for a month.
