HOW TO USE
1. Apply the toner 1 - 2 times. You can use your hands to pat it gently onto your face or softly wipe it with cotton pads before makeup application.
2. For an extra hydration boost, soak cotton pads with the toner and place them on the areas that need more moisture for about 1 minute.
