HOW TO USE
When using with a cotton pad, soak it and gently wipe across your face and neck. Do this 2 - 3 times to remove impurities and dead skin cells. When using with your hands, apply a moderate amount of toner over your face and neck, then pat gently for better absorption. For extra hydration, place a toner - soaked pad on your skin for 10 minutes.
Using this toner is easy. You can either use a cotton pad or your hands. If you choose a cotton pad, soak it and wipe your face and neck gently, repeating 2 - 3 times to get rid of dirt and dead skin. With your hands, just apply a proper amount and pat it in. For more moisture, leave a soaked pad on your skin for 10 minutes. Since it's suitable for sensitive skin, it's generally safe, but it's always a good idea to do a patch - test first. Keep it in a cool, dry place to maintain its quality.
