You can apply it using a cloth, mop, sponge, coarse sprayer, or by soaking. When using a sprayer, keep it 6 - 8 inches from the surface, and use a brush, cloth, or sponge to rub. Avoid breathing the spray. Let the solution stay on the surface for at least 10 minutes. You can then rinse or wipe it dry with a clean cloth or sponge, or let it air - dry. Before reusing any surface that comes in contact with food, like countertops or appliance exteriors, rinse them with potable water.
